ChimPlug is a UCSF Chimera plugin to:

• clean/repair molecular structures
• generate CHARMM input files (CRD, PSF)
• generate CHARMM parameters from the MMFF for small organic molecules
• prepare and run EADock jobs
• browse the S3DB database - a database of cleaned molecular complexes, useful for studying protein-ligand interactions
