EADock and EADock2

EADock and its successor, EADock2, are a protein-ligand docking software based on evolutionary algorithms, using the Jeep evolutionary engine and relying on CHARMM for energy calculations. A quick introduction to using EADock is available here. See my publication list for more informations.

EADock DSS and SwissDock

A specific page for EADock DSS is available here, and the SwissDock web interface for docking is now open for beta tester.
